Aysgarth and District parish council covers an especially attractive part of Wensleydale, from Newbiggin in Bishopdale to Thornton Rust, and includes the famous Aysgarth Falls. The falls at Newbiggin may be much less spectacular but the bench nearby provides a pleasant place to contemplate the beauty of the Dales. Or families can enjoy having fun on the green at Thoralby.
